Using the site

Color / Play provides free browser games. You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. Do not misuse, disrupt, overload or bypass the site, introduce harmful code, or infringe another person’s rights.

Charges and refunds

The browser games stay free. Optional one-time packs cost USD $9 for 25 paid actions or $19 for 75. No subscription, automatic renewal or free AI trial is offered. One successfully delivered coaching response consumes one action. Review suggestions before choosing a game; they are recreational, not medical advice. Results can be accessed for five minutes after successful settlement. Unknown requests must be checked by their original reference; do not send a new request to retry. Confirmed technical failures release reserved actions. Contact us to request review of unused actions or a payment problem; provide the purchase reference, not card data. Refunds depend on applicable rights and review, not a promise of automatic provider approval. Refunded or disputed credits may be frozen and related results revoked. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Ownership

The site’s original code, copy, design and branding are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership.

Scores and availability

Scores are for entertainment and may vary with displays, browsers and devices. We may change, suspend or discontinue the site. We may restrict access to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided as is and as available. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing here limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited.
